Not my words: “#Disability #inclusion means that individuals with disabilities have the opportunity to participate in #every aspect of life to the #fullest extent #possible. These opportunities include participation in education, employment, public health programming, #communityliving, and service learning.”

From my POV, as we approach the day the world commemorates those living with Cerebral Palsy, this is what #Inclusion and #Empowerment looks like.

In Kiswahili, we say: ‘#Wakiwezeshwa hata wao wana #mchango katika #jamii.’ This translates to: ‘When empowered, they too have a contribution to make to society.’
